I believe thats the …
I believe thats the triflex craftsman model, the #780, not the clipper, But I have have both, as well as half a dozen other models from Mora of Sweden, and the edge will hold quit well on harder materials (seasoned oak etc) once sharpened properly, the first few millimeters of steel at the edge is often a bit soft and rolls or chips, but once that is sharpened away and you get down to good steel, Its a whole other knife:) Try a 510 or 521..a lot of knife for $10!!!

Ah yes, the …
Ah yes, the drawknife.
I really want to get another drawknife; don’t have a Frost brand “straight” drawknife but we’ve got some antique pieces back home, or at least one IIRC. Great tool to have.
I’ve been using my Kukri as a drawknife when one is called for. Works pretty well:)
Thanks all for the comments!

Triflex is great stuff, I have a ‘spantkniv’, a straight drawknife.
Brilliant cheap tool and awesome edge retention.
Thanks for raising awareness on this great steel & great knife :-)

Well done lad!
